Recommended: Add 1–2" to your actual body measurements for a relaxed fit.
Recommended: Add 0.8–1.5" to your actual body measurements for a comfortable fit.
Recommended: Add 0.5–1" to your actual waist measurement (for non-stretch styles) or 0.3–0.8" (for stretch styles) for comfort.
- Shoulder Width: Measure from the outer edge of one shoulder to the other (across the back, keeping the tape straight).
- Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape relaxed (not too tight).
- Sleeve Length (Long Sleeve): Measure from the outer shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
- Short Sleeve Length: Measure from the outer shoulder seam to the edge of the sleeve hem.
- Body Length: Measure from the base of the neck (center back) to the desired hemline (e.g., hip-length for tops).
- Waist: Measure around your natural waist (smallest part of the torso, above the belly button).
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips (typically 8–9" below the waist).
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the pant leg (for desired length).
